The Stable version is quite old yet so we recommend you to use the Developers Version for now.

Developers Version
The Developers Version is always up to date.It may be not that stable but it has the lastes features and bugfixes.
Currently it's recommended to use this version of ARSSE.
Place this file into your ARSSE folder.
Don't forget to download the Flags for the Playerslist and the ip.adb!
(You need to extract the flags into your ARSSE folder so that it looks like "C:\ARSSE\flags\flagname.gif" and the ip.adb should go into the "C:\ARSSE\data" folder)
